My work is primarily informed by Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a research-based approach that helps individuals and couples better understand their emotions, strengthen connection, and create lasting change.
2. Do you offer online and in-person sessions?
Yes. Therapy is available both online and in person, so you can choose the option that feels most comfortable and accessible for you.
3. Are your sessions covered by insurance?
As a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), my services are covered by many extended health benefit plans. I recommend checking with your provider regarding your specific coverage.
