I provide individual therapy, couples therapy with a primary focus on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an evidence-based approach that helps individuals, couples strengthen emotional bonds, improve communication, and heal from relational distress.

EFT is a well-researched, structured approach to therapy that focuses on understanding and transforming emotional patterns in relationships. It helps couples and individuals move from conflict and disconnection toward secure, supportive, and meaningful connections.

This depends on your goals and situation. In many cases:

  • Couples therapy is recommended when relationship dynamics are the main concern.
  • Individual sessions may be helpful to support personal processing alongside couples work.

We can discuss this together and decide what fits best for you.

Yes, I offer a 15 minute complimentary consultation. This is an opportunity for us to briefly connect, get to know each other, and discuss what you’re looking for in therapy. It also allows us to determine whether we are a good fit before moving forward.

Individual Counselling 60 minutes – $150
Couples Counselling 60 minutes – $190

Payment is required prior to sessions. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24–48 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged the full session fee.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with BCACC (#21212). Many insurance plans in Canada cover RCC services, though coverage varies by provider and plan. Please check with your insurance company to confirm your benefits.

I offer both online and in-person counselling sessions. Online sessions can be a flexible option for those who prefer the comfort and convenience of virtual care, while in-person sessions in Vancouver are available for those who value face-to-face connection.
